Welcome to the MeadowCreek Mutual Water Company website. MCMWC is a private Corporation founded to represent the interest of its customers/shareholders. Each owner of record of real property in the area served by the Company is a Shareholder in the company.
MCMWC is governed by a five-member Board of Directors, the members of which are elected-at-large by Shareholders within the Company’s service area. Each director serves a two-year term that is staggered between two directors and three directors and which commences in October after each annual meeting.
